A self employed financial consultant since 1997, Roger has worked at a senior level for a range of local authorities and other organisations. This work has included preparing financial models regarding housing stock transfer, best value reviews, PFI procurement and financial plans.

He was previously Director of Corporate Services and Director of Finance at Peterborough City Council. Treasurer of Age Concern Peterborough.
