Accent Nene is developing over 200 homes across the East Midlands and East Anglia. Our main areas of activity are in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and South Lincolnshire.

We are keen and experienced innovators. For example, we have completed the construction of 14 homes that have a solar powered photovoltaic cell system in the roof for electricity generation. Some of the tenants had electricity bills of approximately £30 for the whole year!
