Nene provided a development agency service for the Hospital of St John and St Anne in Oakham, Rutland, for the provision of 23 sheltered flats. As part of the development process an existing two storey building was demolished and replaced with the modern three storey building pictured.

This scheme also provided a new community centre for the residents, an office and catering facilities.
