A mixed tenure rural scheme of 7 houses, 4 of which are for affordable rent and 3 for shared ownership. As this site was found to be a habitat for the gloworm, Accent Nene has incorporated additional landscaping and hedgerows to ensure that the gloworm's habitat is protected.

The scheme is expected to complete winter 2008 and will be available to local people under a local lettings policy.
