A mixed tenure scheme of 48 homes, 4 of which are for shared ownership which was enabled through both Housing Corporation and Growth Area Funding.

The site had remained unused since 2001 when 20 properties were demolished due to disrepair. The project has been built using thin-joint technology and has been built to Secured by Design standards.
