We offer various types of housing from single person flats through to larger family homes, sheltered housing for the elderly and supported housing for people with special needs.

Demand for our housing usually exceeds supply and applicants are assessed for eligibility based on their current housing situation and what housing needs they have.

We do have some 1 bedroom flats for the elderly in the New England and Paston Ridings areas of Peterborough where there is a lower level of demand and we therefore actively encourage single people aged 55 or over to contact us direct for details.
