The Best Value Link is a group a group of interested residents from different areas who are consulted on current issues and policy changes which directly affect services.

This group makes a direct contribution into the way sheltered schemes are managed and is consulted and informed of proposed changes.

This is an opportunity to represent the views of Accent Nene residents at the Accent Group.

Board members are responsible for the overall management of Accent Nene, for decision making and for its direction and performance.

A residents association is a group of residents on a scheme who act and represent the views of other residents.

A telephone conference is a group of residents and staff talking to each other about a particular subject via a telephone line.

The Disability Group works with Accent Nene to ensure that residents with a disability are treated fairly and that services are tailored to meet their needs.
