Telephone Conferences
What are they?
A telephone conference is a
group of residents and staff talking to each other about a
particular subject via a telephone line.
All people taking part are joined together on one telephone line
and because of this can have a say from the comfort of their home,
or wherever else they choose, just as long as there is a telephone
line. And because we will ring you, no call charges will appear on
your phone bill.
For people who don't like the hassle of physically attending a
meeting this is an ideal way to get involved, to find out more
about what is going on and to give an opinion.
