How to report anti social behaviour
Don't suffer in silence!
In order for us and our partner agencies to effectively combat
anti-social behaviour, it's vital that you report incidents as and
when they happen.

You can complete incident recording logs giving times and dates as
and when an incident occurs. You can send them to us via the post

Incident reporting line
Accent Nene has
set up a dedicated 24 hours reporting line for residents. The
answer phone line, which will be piloted for 6 months, will enable
residents to leave information and report anti-social behaviour.
The dedicated anti-social behaviour answer phone line number to
call is 01733 295448.
If your call is an emergency for example lives are at risk or
threats of violence have occurred please dial 999 immediately.
Police
In an emergency dial 999, but only when :
- Lives are at risk / violence / serious injury
- Serious crime is happening
- Criminal is still at the scene or nearby

Key Points:
- Every report of anti-social behaviour will be quickly and
formally acknowledged, within 10 working days or 24-hours if the
matter is serious, and or involves violence or racial
harassment.
- The Society aims to resolve the situation without moving anyone
or taking legal action, unless the case is of a serious nature.
Each individual case will be dealt with on its own merit.
- We will contact the perpetrator and work with them to resolve
the problem, issue appropriate warnings, and take any necessary
action.
- We will keep you informed throughout the process of your
complaint.
- Your complaint will be kept strictly confidential unless you
state that you wish to have your identity disclosed.
- If legal action is required we may need to disclose your
information/statements to the perpetrators and or their Solicitor.
We will only do this with your permission
- We will work with other agencies (e.g. the Police,
Environmental Services, Drug Teams, Mental Health Services and
other services) to try and resolve the problem.
