Leaseholders of Accent Nene generally live in flats they have been purchased through the Right to Buy or Right to Acquire schemes. Some leaseholders live in schemes designated for older people, these are known as Leasehold Schemes for Older People.
As a freeholder you may have purchased your property through the Right to Buy or Right to Acquire. Alternatively your property may be on one of our schemes where there are also Accent Nene tenants.
