Assured tenants
Your rent will be reviewed once each year, depending on when your tenancy started on one of the following dates:

• 1 April (notification to be sent by the end of February)
• 1 May (notification to be sent by the end of March)
• 1 July (notification to be sent by the end of May)
• 1 October (notification to be sent by the end of August)
• 1 January (notification to be sent by the end of November)

Secure / Fair Rent tenant
If you are a Secure / Fair Rent tenant (tenancy held before 15th January 1989 and your rent is registered by the Rent Officer service.)

Your rent will be reviewed once each year usually on the anniversary of the start date of your tenancy.
In all cases Accent Nene will give the tenant one calendar months notice of any change in the rent level.

Shared Owners
Generally your rent will be reviewed annually in accordance with the terms of your lease. For further information see shared ownership responsibilities
