You must advise us as soon as possible if you are experiencing difficulties. We are not here to make judgements and we will try to help you as much as possible.

We appreciate that some people have financial problems from time to time so our service is supportive and helpful. We will send you a quarterly rent statement to help you manage your rent account.

As soon as you fall into arrears we will contact you to discuss the cause and your financial circumstances. Should you wish to discuss your problems in your home we will visit at a time to suit you.

We will do our best to come to a reasonable agreement and an affordable sum for you to pay off the arrears based on your income and expenditure.

At all stages we will endeavour to help and guide you away from losing your home however if you do not contact us, respond to our letters or keep to agreements we will have no other choice than to proceed with legal action for the reposession of your home.
