There are a number of improvement works Accent Nene undertake to its properties other than normal day to day to repairs. These works include refurbishment of properties to maintain them to a modern standard.

We need to programme these works in advance to ensure best value and that we meet Decent Homes Standards by 2010.

Annually we publish a three year programme so all residents can see when their scheme is listed for improvement works.
