There are a number of options available to any tenant who wishes to move from their existing Accent Nene property.

You may apply for a transfer with Accent Nene to a different property type or area based on your household circumstances.

Accent Nene only operates transfer waiting lists within the following Local Authority areas:

Fenland
Kettering
Rutland
South Kesteven
Milton Keynes

If you wish to be rehoused within Fenland area we are only accepting applications up until 31 March 2008 as a new Choice Based Lettings scheme will be launched with the Local Authority in Autumn 2008.

If you wish to move to any other local authority area in which Accent Nene has properties you must apply directly to the Local Authority as Accent Nene has no transfer list within these areas.
