A mutual exchange is a process where tenants who belong to a housing association or a local council can swap homes with each other.

This can only be done with your landlord's written consent.

We have a mutual exchange noticeboard at our office where we will display details of all exchanges that are currently available. You can ask our reception staff for a list of the exchanges and we can display your details on our noticeboard.
