  Frozen pipes can cause problems in our homes and make your lives miserable. It is very difficult for us to do much with them until they thaw out.

   

  If you are having problems with your water supply, and you think it is because of frozen pipework, try thawing your service pipe.  Read our feature for help and advice..

• Annual Report to Residents 2010/11

  

   

  Our annual performance report for 2010/11 is now available to view online or download.

   

  A summary has been printed and sent to all our residents.

   

  We have worked closely with our residents this year to improve our services. They have challenged our performance in a number of areas, helped us set targets for future improvements, and worked with us to agree our local offers.
