Training for Accent employees

We encourage our staff to train and develop their skills and knowledge. We offer:

• In-house courses.
• The chance to go on courses run outside Accent.
• The time, support and finances to gain professional qualifications.
• An e-learning system. 

The aim of the training is always to enable our staff to carry out their jobs more effectively, and sometimes includes developing a skill or knowledge that will be useful in a future role.

E-learning provides a cost effective method of training with easy access to learning at a time and place that suits the learner.  E-learning is also available for some of our residents. See the Accent Foundation Community training page for more information.

We have two training rooms that are used mainly for internal training events, but they are avallable for other partner organisations to book for their own events. If you'd like to know more, please email charlestown.reception@accentgroup.org.
